Aneros web site

Hello gm501, HIH have been working on the site the last few days. Actually they did a pretty good job of keeping it up most of the time during the process.

I have two different ways to get here. When the one I usually access the site was down, so I tried the other one, and got right on. They always seemed to be identical web addresses, but one worked when the other was being updated.

We moved to some more powerful servers to host the website the last couple days. We think we have most of the kinks worked out now. Basically as we were doing the ("DNS, if you're interested") switch there were two copies of the site up. Depending on your location, you might have seen the old copy. We didn't want anyone posting something to the old copy then not have it show up when the entire internet migrated over to seeing the new version. That's why we had the maintenance page up. Depending on your location, it might have taken up to 48 hours to see the fresh copy, though some folks saw the new copy right away.

Now, our website is fully hosted on http://www.aneros.com instead of both www.aneros.com and www.malegspot.com.

Thank you Aneros for upgrading your servers. I noticed that the forum responds and loads much quicker. But I was not sure what the reason for that was. Now I know. Thanks again. 🙂
