I think some people should realize that the gentleman that made the video put it up for a limited amount of time because he is likely uncomfortable with having it available to ANYONE that wants it. In other words, I don't imagine he wants anyone to host it, but I could be wrong. I haven't seen too many recent posts from nor is he posting on this thread. Just my 2 cents.

Most informative. How long do you do the relaxation part? Did you lube the aneros as well, or just used the syringe for the lube?
