Sorry my last post was unclear. The pdf is barbcarellas the one you linked above. Yes the anerosless energy orgasm is spoken of by Annie sprinkles too. They just don't use that language. I have used these techniques in the past to roll cycles of energy through my body. I have come to know orgasm from all over my body and in particular the heart orgasm. On a side note there are some in the energy healing community that would see this as optimizing your own potential to heal your body like using reikki. Enjoy the flow guys.

Oh, it seems I confused something here. Actually I can't trace back where I found this video.:confused: I read something about energy orgasms roughly at the same time you started your thread (hence the confusion). It featured a video in which Barbara was in an MRI while having orgasms, with a doctor attesting her brain acitvity to be orgasmic.

After this I found her youtube channel, which features some helpful videos such as this.
