Today, after probably 7 sessions in the past few weeks with my Helix, I hit an interesting new sensation that only motivates me further to explore this awesome little toy - it was a heat wave that came out of nowhere and passed over my whole body, and it felt pretty good. I take it this is the beginning towards reaching some mini-Os? Unfortunately, that was the best part of this last session, and ended it with a little masturbation to finish off, which in itself was mind blowing.

After each session with my Helix, I get restless and anxious (sexually) and have given in to some form of release, either sex or masturbation. I've read that this could be a hindrance in my journey to the Super-O, but I'd like to hear some of your thoughts.

As a side note, my left nipple is very sensitive to the touch and is very arousing at this point, but my right nipple still feels fairly normal. Can anyone relate? lol

I think that's what others call a p-wave or pleasure wave. I get these and assume it's the [orgasmic] energy flowing through the body, doing its thing. The first time I had one it reminded me of going to the cinema and getting a 'rush' type feeling at a particular point in the movie where this sensation moves from the base of my back up to the top of my head, prompted by what I was watching in the movie. If my experience as a relative aneros no0b is anything to go by you'll likely find that these sensations will become more frequent and you'll learn how to hold onto that feeling rather than it just quickly passing. Your mileage may vary though :P.

I've found that I often get to the point where I feel satisfied and am not interested in orgasming so stop there. More recently however I have actually wanted the orgasm so continue until I get that, by hook or by crook! Generally though I just go with what feels right in each session. I've thought that after ejaculation I might need a day or so to recharge but often that's not been the case. I've gone to bed to sleep and my body has wanted a session whether I want one or not! My advice would be to just go with what feels right for you at that precise time rather than imposing a rule on your sessions. A rule is attractive as we don't have to explore how we feel but I'm sure that that inner sensitivity to how we feel in that unique moment can be nothing but advantageous in our erotic unfolding.

I have the same although my right nipple is the more sensitive one. Interestingly I had a session a few weeks back where the energy was just moving around my body, going to different areas. At one point it went to my left nipple [which has always been far less sensitised than my right one since my nipples 'woke up' a year or two ago] and was almost painful for awhile until the energy shifted to another area. I assume it was just the erotic energy doing some re-wiring and clearing out some energy blocks. Since then my left nipple has been more sensitive, although still not as sensitive as my right nipple. I'll be intrigued to see if you have a similar experience :).
