7 Months Journey - 29 YO - SO first 2 weeks and none since

Hey! Been Lurking on these Forums and decided to make a post.

I've been on my Journey for about 7 months now. I started out with the Njoy and then got the Trident, Progasm, REVO 2 and then a 3XLR fuck machine the following months. The most luck I have had is with the Njoy. Within the first two weeks I was able to get a Super-O and a few wet orgasms but it requires a lot of effort and is borderline uncomfortable when approaching an SO.

Trident - This one is the easiest for me to move around with contractions but it lacks the feeling of fullness. The most i've been able to get is a few involuntary contractions and maybe an erection + some prostate stimulation. Even when I am relaxing I am not able to keep the prostate stimulation going - it usually only lasts about 20 seconds before I lose it and pretty much lose progress.

 

Progasm - Similar to trident - i've had about the same amount of luck. I like the feeling of fullness and i've been able to get some involuntaries but the stimulation only lasts about 30 seconds before I lose focus or lose the waves.

 

Revo 2 - This is a rotating\vibrating prostate massager - i've been able to get some pre-cum and some prostate stimulation but it makes my sphincter sore after using it long enough. I've read that this is not good for super orgasms.

 

3XLR fuck machine - my most recent purchase. I've been able to get some stimulation but I guess its hard to position this and I guess I find getting fucked in the ass uncomfortable. Since i've had good luck with the Njoy I imagine I might actually be able to get a super with this - even though brute force stimulation seems to be a no for prostate orgasms.

 

Njoy - This gets me the most results and its usually due to brute force. Whenever I use it i'm able to get Wet Orgasms and i've been close to getting another super orgasm. The issue is I use this to rigorously stimulate my prostate (small end of Njoy) and it actually gets uncomfortable after enough stimulation. Its almost like there's a wall I have to break through in order to hit the super orgasm. I've also gotten muscle spasms from my rectum itself which I think is another type of orgasm - maybe anal?

 

 

I want to use my Trident\Progasm and practice Kegels but I think i'm having trouble finding a mix between doing contractions, relaxing and being aroused enough. I also tend to chase during sessions. My sessions are usually anywhere from 2-4 hours. Pretty bad use of time since I tend to peak at about 90 minutes and keep chasing with no benefit.

How Long are your sessions and are you at least able to get some P-Waves for most sessions?

How can you relax and do contractions at the same time? Are the contractions strong or pretty weak? I read there is a big squeeze you can do but i'm not able to hold my Pelvic Floor muscles long enough to create involuntaries. 

Are you usually watching porn while using the Aneros or do you watch it before hand to get aroused and then put the aneros in, close your eyes and just relax\focus?

 

How do you get aroused before a session? Is it worth holding off ejaculating for like a week and maybe even giving up porn?

Hi and welcome. 

arousal is very important, as otherwise you are just working mechanics, and that is what all this prostate play is supposed to get us away from, to a certain extent (orgasms are in the mind, blah blah blah).  I recommend stopping ejaculation for a week or more at a time, but it might help to edge without ejaculating every day or so. Giving up porn for a while would surely be useful. Good idea to stick with simple non vibrating hands free toys for a while, and graduate to the other toys later when you’re rewired.  And figure out what gets you aroused.

Have you had sexual encounters that really excite you? If so think about the smells, tastes, sensations, sights and sounds.  If not, why not recreate your favorite porn scenes in your mind, or create other sexual fantasies. The more you practice fantasizing the Better you’ll get at it.  Touch yourself all over and imagine someone else is touching you (you don’t mention self-caressing, an important component of auto arousal).  It may be hard with ADHD to focus, but with enough tools in your tool belt, you can change your focus from one arousing thing to another.

Some men do some don't, that's an individual approach but penile stimulation places emphasis on those external sensations often to the exclusion of the more subtle prostate sensations. Having an erection prior to or during an Anerosession is not necessary to experience prostate orgasms.

Are the contractions strong or pretty weak?

@B_Mayfield introduced the concept of a base level contraction to be maintained, he suggested in the range of 10-15% of full strength contraction for this base level. In your practice you will try different levels, different frequencies and different durations above this trying to establish a pattern that works for you. We're all different so your combination will be unique for you.

Personally I don't view porn while using my Aneros devices, I find it too distracting and taking focus away from my inner sensations. Arousal is a key aspect for generating prostate orgasms and viewing porn is one way to generate some arousal but not necessarily the best way. Please read Are you "aroused"?. for some reference.

There are numerous threads on this Forum which discuss use of various recreational drugs/substances to augment one's Anerosessions. It will depend how you rewire yourself. I am sure that with enough practice you may get there regularly by ‘brute force’ but I always found NJoy or other large toys to be too exhausting and the pleasure is very short lived. And, frankly, it gets uncomfortable quickly.

I build my arousal before my session but do not edge on the day. I may be looking at porn before I start my session and constantly think arousing thoughts during the day. Giving up ejaculation works wonders for me, but I hope I don’t have to do it all the time.

My sessions are looong at least 3-4 hours or more if I can help it. I get to a wonderful state of p-waves and super orgasms, but usually this is using the ‘do nothing’ approach. In the end, if I’m lucky, I get to a place where I am orgasming in my head and floating out of this world whilst being autofucked by gods.

However, lately, I have found that I don’t have as much time for sessions and I always fear that I will get distracted by work/family/etc. I therefore sometimes just get to strong dry orgasms by laying on by back, inserting my Aneros and stimulating my nipples. This results in a strong physical pleasure that is amazing (and once recently it was divine). But, I do miss out on those mental orgasms that I used to have.

You are quite badly pinned down with siege mentality. All different toys,force and chasing to try and recreate that first bit of success. IMO this is a mistake. Pick an aneros toy and stick to it. Once you start getting regular success,you can branch out into other toys. Read the wiki,start from the beginning. Read,learn and practice. Ask questions here. You really need to take a step back and start over.

You don’t relax the pelvic floor,there should always be tension in the floor. Just the rest of your body. Contraction force varies. Yes,you can,when they are struggling to hold on,maintain your tension and they will involuntarily contract.

No. For a lot of people it’s distracting them from what’s going on in the pelvic floor. There is also the issue of it affecting the ability to get aroused due to over consumption.

I don’t get aroused before,I lie down,do my massage routine,use my imagination for sexual fantasy. Semen retention and ejaculation abstinence can work very well. Giving up porn is up to you,only you know if it’s screwing with you. Try 2-3 weeks off and do your massage stuff,see if you make any progress.

It’s normal for the mind to wander,just refocus it when you notice. Don’t worry about keeping hold of the pleasure.

Practicing kegels will strengthen the pelvic floor,as in building the muscles and endurance of said muscles,this is really important. But it’s the mental game that’s really important,stopping the expectations and chasing,or being desperate for success,they are real killers.

Nah,I have one of those,if you find it comfortable,it’s fine. I don’t use mine for prostate massage though.

I also had difficulties getting results with aneros.

I do frequent Kegels as follows:

I do these exercises in the morning to prevent any muscle fatigue due to the exercise from getting in the way/interfering with the evening session.

Kegels on 2 different pelvic floor muscles.

It was difficult to find this result.

After gaining and maintaining the conditioning of those muscles with Kegels you will not need to do anything during the aneros sessions, the pleasure will simply radiate from within.

1 - PC muscle contractions. This is the exact same muscle used to stop the flow of urine (as the Wiki does it just to identify which muscle it is, don't do this exercise during urination). Identify him.

I got results doing fast and light contractions (don't do strong contractions) with these muscles. In this way, I believe that the muscle response and not the muscle strength is worked.

2 - Anal contractions: The objective is to use only sphincter contractions. To do this (identify and do without mistakes) press your lips of the mouth against each other and observe the muscular action. In this case only the muscles of the lips perform the action and make them close.

 

Repeat this process with your anus. Close only your anal sphincter lips. They will meet with some pressure. These anal contractions should be strong.

If you did a common holding contraction (the gas/fart) your anus would probably contract up towards the rectus abdominis, involving various muscles and etc and this contraction is not the goal.

Practicing:

As I said above try to do contractions in the morning

Do every day:

30 minutes - PC muscle focused contractions

30 minutes - Contractions focused only on the anus.

 

Obs 1: Initially I dedicated 1 hour in light / fast contractions of the PC muscle to be able to gain conditioning quickly.

Note 2: We are all different so it's possible that some guys only need 15 minutes. Adjust according to results.

Note 3: Evaluate the results for a few weeks

 

My excitement increased a lot mainly due to the PC muscle exercise.

 

The bonus of this is that after the muscles are trained an erection is enough to give you P waves all over your body (A-less, no aneros). You just need to have a hard dick (and I know you will)

I am relieved to see someone has the same experience as I: started massaging and after a few weeks began 10 days of easy-to-start orgasms and Super-Os. My tool of choice was an Njoy wand. I was having orgasms and super os without tools at the height of it. But practically overnight, it all ended and for the last ten days I have to struggle to bring on even involuntary clenching. Also, I've had only trouble having an erection and penile orgasms since prostate orgasms started. I believed I must have injured or damaged my prostate nerves although there was no alarming pain.

I stopped using tools when this trouble began and only use them for a few minutes to see if they help or not. They don't and now I think I should stay entirely out of my ass until this is resolved. Is this a common experience, and is it temporary? Now all I can do is kegel exercises. Multiple times a day I try to bring on a response but rarely get a result and have only had two or three very small but authentic orgasms in the last ten days, generally coming on spontaneously without any effort, so that's encouraging, but I'm concerned that it's over for me...

Absolutely normal. Happened to me using aneros.

This happened due to the high frequency of sessions. I did 1 session a day or 1 day yes and another no and it generated overload and got to the point of not feeling anything. Currently I only do 2 or 3 sessions a week. That's enough time for my body to recover from the last few orgasms and prepare for the next ones.

What is your frequency of use with aneros and NJoy?

No, really without (edging / masturbation) before sessions . I'd even say that I don't have any kind of stimulus / erection before the sessions, that's because you'll be able to observe the excitement of penetration as soon as you insert it and learn to get excited with anal sensitivity.

The absence of stimuli before the sessions can be interesting. About hiring, if you are going to do it, they must be light or very light and controlled according to the body's response. Just about the excitement, take a test, stay abstinent (sexual and pornography) for a few days and let the excitement of penetration and anal stimulation guide you.

These days I don't really miss pornography but I have no problem looking at it when the interest arises.

 

I think this variation between pleasure and sensations for a short time is normal, it will stop being so dynamic and start to become continuous. Pleasure will become continuous and intense. Run tests for sufficient periods to understand results and if it doesn't work, change it.I say this because of the kegels that initially worked for me and then became a desensitizing factor because of excessive muscle strength and super responsiveness of the pelvic muscles. I currently don't do kegels. But perform the necessary tests.

 

About the aneros type, try using a smaller and more agile one like Eupho, Helix . The progasm is a little big (nothing bad here) the responsiveness of a smaller aneros can bring different results.

 

Note : Being aroused is knowing that the body wants to discharge/use sexual energy, not just having an erection. A sexual hunger is necessary I would say
