Bragging post here, but I’ll try to add in advice?
The last few times I have had penetrative sex with my wife I have been having dry orgasms at will. Before I could do this occasionally during sex, maybe one in several times I’d hit the wave and surf. @namuh hmmm birth Control the best birth control for a guy is vasectomy bottom line. I did it back when I was 21 after my kids where born. I’m 55 now had many girlfriends and two wives. None of them said I’m pregnant??? Their is no better piece of mind then having sex and finishing the way you want with Zero worries. Best thing I did in life! Cheers.

for birth control @newtoy is right, nothing beats a vasectomy. I don’t want to get one because I don’t like the idea of cutting things up down there (it can go wrong, rarely, but it’s possible). I don’t really have precum, didn’t know what it was other than a word until I joined this forum, so that cuts down on the risk I think. And I am very very good at controlling. I can have sex for hours without ejaculating, surfing on the edge and nowadays having dry orgasms. When I do slip up, and I feel a drop coming out, I promptly pull out and have a pee and wash up before starting over.
I do approximately 4-6 days retention and 2-3 days ejaculation. I ejaculate one in two times during sex approximately, if we are having sex twice a week, with the second time usually kicking off my ejaculation days.

@divine_o lol a vasectomy was nothing. I just had a Penile Plication surgery in October. My penis was bent to 67’ straight up couldn’t have sex and even hard to urinate. They cut my penis all the way down from under the head to my balls. Then cut four slices out on each side. Gave me 16 dot lace stitch. It’s straighter then it’s ever been now and I’m back to a normal sex life. This was caused by a Seadoo accident I had Year an half ago. I 2nd the motion of @Newtoy on Birth Control - vasectomy is a breeze, and less stress on the women's system and chemical balance. I did it at 37 after our 3rd child, and my wife and I have enjoyed the freedom, let alone the joys of my lubricant spewing everywhere.

@golfing1 thanks. It was a rough road for over a year. I’m 55 now an I had my vasectomy at 20 right after my daughter was born. It’s been the best thing I did in life . No worries! I’m still doing my pelvic floor exercises also. I loved my physical therapist she really knew how to get all my nerves working again. She thought me how to get an an erection and with out it being able to do that I wouldn’t been able to have the surgery. Good luck on your progress and keep up the PT exercises .

How did she teach you to get an erection (if you don't mind me asking)? My erections are still there when needed, and in the morning waking up, but not as spontaneous as when I was younger. Massaging my wife's ass during foreplay always produces the desired results.

@golfing1 thanks. After everything that’s happen I told my wife I really enjoyed the therapist working internally. I would like to find something that feels good. She asked like what.
