    More than 2 years I bought my Helix Syn. It took me some 6 months to get on track.
    My mistake in the beginning was too many expectations, looking actually for ejac and thus involving too often my cock.
    Thnx to chatting here online and reading the forum I got slowly on the right track. And where I am now after my best orgasm ever )Friday 15 may 2015( I am so happy I did not give up.
    What did I do to get on track of these wonderful orgasms created by my own prostate? Bit by bit I applied the following techniques in random order:
    1. I told my cock during sessions: this is not about you. I stopped touching it during sessions.
    2. I started lying on my stomach with right leg up to allow space for my cock. Now at the level where I am, I can also lie on my left side with right leg up.
    3. I dropped all expectations. I did not ejac after a session. At the level where I am now, I sometimes wank after a session, just to stop the craving from my prostate.
    4. Dropping all expectations means also not to look for tradional ejac. I tried to be curious without expecting or aiming for something. Read cockadoodles thread PENIS NOT. Very helpful.
    5. Like a meditation, but this time with a focus on my prostate. Which I now consider my sacred area. It is a mindset!
    6. During this meditation around my sacred area I breath into this area, while exhaling I make noise to allow more intensity.
    7. No contractions )the biggest mistake I made in the beginning was to use pc/anal muscles(.
    8. Breath, relax muscles and OBSERVE! just observe, be curious. Notice every small sensation.
    9. My cock gets hard and soft during sessions. When it gets hard, the key is to make sure my anal/pc muscles are relaxed. When hard I even focus on my legs and relax those muscles. Also my abdomen.
    10. throughout the session I try to connect my brain with my prostate, like a loop.
    11. sometimes when the prostate orgasm starts I deliberately take the aneros out after a couple of minutes no matter how good it feels. Then I have a break, and relax. After 10 min or so I start a 2nd session sometimes a 3rd. Each session usually becoming more intense.
    12. when I got on track of orgasms, still I often encountered the edge. The only thing I do then is repeat many of the things mentioned above. But mostly relax, relax, relax and breath. keep breathing into the p area. Observe rather than get annoyed with the edge. I find there is a lot of pleasure too when at the edge. But only total surrender will lead me to real deep orgasms )see also 17(.
    13. I do not like the word SUPER O, each orgasm is different. Until last Friday I have had orgasms that were great. this one however was even greater. so much bliss, I could not believe it. I felt so blessed. I had to share it here on the chat.
    14. chatting here has helped me a lot. I picked up advise from several people. but also did the occasional PVT session. Sharing a session with another man. This gives me very different orgasms too. And it is great to share, knowing the other man knows what I feel and viceversa.
    15. God I want to shout it from the rooftops. THIS IS SO WONDEFUL. I feel so grateful that my body, my prostate can give this deep deep pleasure all over my body.
    16. Parallel to my aneros session the so called aless feelings became wonderful too. Almost similar to orgasms with aneros inside. Waking up during the night with a hard on, prostate pulsing. Or waking up with a hard on in the morning feeling like a teenager again. I am in my 50's….
    17 what helped me too was the use of weed )white widow(. It has helped me to get over the edge. Once your prostate knows what it is looking for… each session has become so easy. Within minutes it feels great, with or without weed. It is as if my prostate has memorised the orgasms of the last time. My mind knows what to do…. surrender and let it happen. No control. Feel free.

      I can see so much of my experience in your points, gdunn. Adn the more I've been able to do what you describe in points 7-14, the more successful it has been. And what you describe as a "meditation" is exactly what brings me to A-less pleasure. I haven't tried "weed" or other chemicals, though. Looking forward to hearing more…

      Congratulation!!! Your blog is amazing.
      As from you recommended, I have read it and hope to achieve the same thing some day. It just sounds incredible and gives me more patience to continue that journey. ;-( Furthermore, will try some ideas in my next sessions.
