About two months ago I think everything really started to click in my mind. I learned how to quiet my mind and intensely focus on the sensations no matter how small.

My last session was the most intense. I started with the eupho trident. It's a subtle little thing. I have learned that your mindset is the most important thing. I went into it with no expectations, and I made myself open and accepting of whatever experience I might have. I inserted the eupho and just layed there breathing and focusing on the sensations. When I felt I was ready, I very slowly started contracting. I noticed every little feeling, and that magnified it. I did this for a while. Eventually a strong orgasm came over me. I was at a peak for quite a while. It felt like it lasted a minute or more. Then I came back down. I experienced something strange that I had read about in the Wiki. It felt like the eupho was being pulled in, but at the same time it was being pushed out. I got about three really good orgasms and many smaller ones. I went for 2.5 hours.

I have found visualization to help. I imagine a white light slowly getting bigger and brighter. I also imagined my prostate being a ball of light. I could actually feel it getting warmer. I feel like my mind and body is more connected. It's been an amazing experience. I could just keep gushing.

Yesterday I got my MGX trident in the mail. Last night I was excited to try it out for the first time. Every session I learn something different. This one was different from the others I've had because of the variety of orgasms I had: big ones, small ones, orgasms focused in the prostate, and others that encompassed my whole body.

The mgx was more focused than my eupho trident but still somewhat subtle. I have noticed that although I often experience intense sensations during my session, it's often difficult to remember them in much detail. It's like when you wake up from a dream, and you forget most of the details.

Before I started, I looked at the aneros wiki again. I thought I might find some ideas. I put in some ear buds and listened to the sounds of a thunderstorm. I teased my prostate with some light contractions. When I started to feel a swelling tingling sensation I would release. I did that a few times, and then I pulled it in hard and the ride began. I read in the Wiki about how you need to create an imbalance between your sphincter and PC muscles to get the contractions going. I guess I never completely understood how to do that until last night. I noticed that if I lifted my hips a little bit that the sensations were more intense. At one point I was thrusting like crazy. I did something that I had never done before. I got very calm and relaxed. I said to myself in my mind, "please show me more. I'm ready for it. I'm not afraid." And I actually did get a more intense orgasm. I was impressed by how easy the session felt.

When I felt like I couldn't go any further with the mgx, I inserted my progasm. I always love the feeling of fullness and pressure I get from it. I learned an important lesson from the progasm last night too. I did a contraction and I felt a strong orgasm coming on. I breathed in deeply with my diaphragm. It seemed to heighten the orgasm. I figured out that if I did that continuously I could keep it going much longer. It's like my breath was feeding the orgasm. The orgasm grew more and more intense. My heart raced like crazy. I felt a strange sensation from my prostate. I felt a strong pulsating sensation coming from it. It felt like a heartbeat coming from my prostate, like it was a second heart. This is probably the longest orgasm I have ever had; it went on for at least a minute and probably two or three.

I also distinctly remember another orgasm. Again I got calm and relaxed, and I asked it to show me more. The orgasm that came next built up slowly. It was different from the others because it wasn't centered in my prostate; I could feel it in my whole body. I felt so warm and peaceful.

When I was finished I looked at the clock. Three hours had gone by. I noticed that my head felt strange. I definitely feel encouraged, and I learned a lot.

Two days ago I had another amazing session. It seems like the further I progress the faster my progress gets. I did something different. I was using my Maximus trident. It's my favorite at the moment.  I conjured up sexual fantasies while I was in my session. I have never done that much before. It made my orgasms more intense, and it made them last longer. I have never had so many big O's so consistently. I'm getting better at setting up those involuntary contractions. My penis was hard and throbbing like crazy. A few times I thought I might cum hands free.

The quality of some of the orgasms were different from previous ones. I could feel it in my whole body. I felt so warm and light. I had one in particular that seemed special. I have read about that out-of-body feeling that some people talk about having. I felt like I was close to having that, but someone knocked on my door. I was irritated to be interrupted when I was so close. However, if I got close once I'm sure I can do it again.

I have been trying to abstain from ejaculating. I read in the Wiki that it can help. My goal is to try to go a month without ejaculating. So far I have made it a little over a week. I think it's helped, although I'm concerned that I might cum during a session unintentionally.

I think everyone has that problem at some point. Knock on the door, or a phone call, or someone coming home early...

Aneros interruptus.

I had another amazing session yesterday. I used my mgx trident. I'm getting better at focusing on the sensations which makes them more intense. I have 4 different Aneros massagers, and I've noticed that each one requires me to position my body in a different way to get the most out of them. With the mgx I get the best results lying on my back with my hips elevated slightly. It was going well, but I wasn't being wowed by the experience. I was close to taking it out and trying another massager, but I decided to be a little more patient. I relaxed and just gave up control. I read about the "do nothing" method in the wiki, and I think that's what I did without realizing it. I kept repeating this phrase in my head: "I trust my body. I'm giving up control." And my body responded to this noticeably. The mgx worked it's magic and I had no control. I had the longest orgasm I've ever had since I started 3 years ago. I estimate it went on for 5 minutes, but I'm not sure. I could feel my prostate swell up and get warm and fuzzy. I would relax and the feelings would subside slightly, but then my body pulled it back in and it started again. I got into this wonderful flow where my mind and body were perfectly synced, and I wasn't getting in my own way.

@lance , great write ups!  Thanks for sharing your experiences.

If I may suggest,  you might want to think about writing your experiences in the blog section?  I see it as a great tool to capture my high (and low) moments throughout my journey.

Good vibes to you.

@ggringo Thanks for the suggestion. I never thought about writing a blog.
