Hi guys,
Quite a few of you on this Forum know me as a Progasm slut! I was introduced to the Aneros Progasm in October 2010 by the Xtube videos of Redbear2000, who used to be active on Aneros Forum. He's a handsome guy in the UK. Well in late December 2010, I purchased the Progasm Classic along with the Helix Classic, and the MGX, all at reduced price from Amazon. All three models were intimidating, especially the Progasm because of their heavy-duty plastic. The Progasm Classic was HUGE and he felt so heavy in my hand. It was only after began my Aneros sessions with the Helix Syn that I gradually added the other models to my Aneros Team. Well, the Progasm Classic with his rugged action was the last model that I began using. But he has taught me so much about Anerosing! Well, I have such love and affection for him for all he has done for me.
Well in January of this year, I tried to get a Progasm Classic in Black. Why black? Well, I think black is such a masculine color. Unfortunately I learned last week from Aneros Support that model is no longer made. It has been replaced by the newer and sleeker Progasm Black Ice.
Pleasure Tease in New Jersey attempted to get me Progasm Classic in Black for me. After some haggling back and forth, they finally sent me as a consolation, Progasm Classic in Blue. It arrived last Friday on the eve of my 64th birthday. I took him out on a test drive yesterday afternoon on Easter Sunday. He performed so admirably. He is now a valuable part of my Aneros Team.
All I can say is that my new Progasm Classic in Blue is such a beauty! He is my new buddy. 😀 🙂
Please Aneros.com, please keep manufacturing the Progasm Classic! This model really drives my Aneros sessions! 😀 😀 🙂

So glad to hear you are so happy with the Progasm Blue!
Can you tell me what it is you like about the Classic compared to the Ice? For example, if we were to do a secondary finishing process on the Black Ice, it would be very similar to the Progasm Classic because of the surface finish.

Thank you for your interest in my Aneros experiences and your reply to my post here.
What I like so much about the Progasm Classic is its "heavy" heft, making for a more rugged, masculine ride than the newer Progasm Ice which offers a much smoother, sleeker ride.
The Progasm Classic has a heavier Plastic Acetal or Polystyrene than the lighter TRITAN plastic of the newer Progasm Ice. Because of this difference, I just love the traction that the Progasm Classic offers me. That is why the Progasm Classic is aimed for more experienced or advanced Aneros users. The Aneros Wiki gave me the information of the plastics used in these two models.
But it was the Progasm Ice that introduced me to the Progasm Classic. The Progasm Ice is easier to insert than the Progasm Classic with its "rough" texture.
I have been using these two models since September 2012. But it took me perhaps a month or two before I became adept at using them. They appear to be designed for the Kegel Exercises. Hence because of this connection, I can Aneros now with ease with Progasm Classic and ICE and Kegel. 🙂
But I like the best about the Progasm Classic with its "heft" is that it really fuels Aneros autof**king.

It would be great that the Progasm Classic in Black could be brought back into production again.
