Some simple systems work well, but require some expertise for good
results, like fly-fishing. This is one. The two larger sizes are good
for learning to isolate the actions of your internal muscles, not unlike
learning to move your toes separately. The instructions that come with
the set are rather sketchy, but much good and useful information and
support can be found in the forums, wiki, and chat at the Aneros web
site.

This is a subtle action that can have explosive results; a
series of dry orgasms with a refractory period of a couple minutes
before the next wave hits you. When into a session, if I can get it
sliding a couple of millimeters in and out, moving the bulb at the end
with my pc muscles working against it being pulled in, the smallest
advanced peridise will have me howling at the moon.
