Have had my HelixSyn almost a year without major results. Today however was different in a good way! After cleansing my rectum I laid out
a towel on the bed and decided to try a different position. Leaned over the
bed and did a few Kegels to warm up. An additional thought: that sweet spot of yours. This experience is so personal and only you can discover WWFY (what works for you). And it may well change over time and depending on the device. This is one of the elements that makes this whole thing so exciting and amazing.
