Hi guys,
On Monday March 3, I begin my ninth month with my Aneros buddies. On early Sunday evening near sunset on June 3, 2012, I finally summoned the courage to use the Aneros after a good seven months of hesitation. I began with the Helix Syn that evening and was pleasantly surprised that it slipped in easily as I had not engaged in any anal play all my life. I was very much a newbie with the Aneros for a good five months when I gained confidence in using the Syn, then in sequence, Maximus, Progasm Ice, Progasm Classic, and Helix Classic. I was only last November that most of my session became fun, full of absolute pleasure. While I have come a long way in confident Anerosing, I have a long way to go before I experience my first Super-O. I suspect it will happen soon as a surprise, out the blue!
But it was in December or even January that I began to experience Aneros autof**king. What I do is let my Aneros models set upon or "neck" my prostate and just let the pleasure build. Then autof**k action sets in no-hands fashion, very much like a bicyclist rides no-hands fashion. Oh, I may stimulate my nipples, hairy chest and navel, and I do because such stimulation adds fuel to the fire of the autof**k. Subtle Kegels help me along too! Just love how Maximus, Progasm Ice, Progasm Classic, and even Helix Classic love me up in this way.
While all this is happening, I just love to let go and enter the Aneros Zone or Zoneros! That itself adds to both the fun and pleasure of Anerosing!

@BigGlansDC I am only in this a month and have seen some incredible results both in my sessions and in my everyday and in my relationship with my wife. Our personal and sexual relationship has improved by leaps and bounds.
Yesterday, I had an AMAZING session with no super o, maybe p waves. But I used an audio track called quietude, concentrated on that track and fell into a state where I was having the most amazing fantasy and it was like a movie. My wife was in it and I could literally hear her breathing. Int eh track there is a repeating woodwind thing that builds and eveytime it did waves overcame me.
Thuis lasted about 45-to an hour and then I simply floated out of it, like I was rising up and I couldn't go back.

Well, good for you, @xtimed69! You are very fortunate that you have an understanding and loving wife who supports you in your Aneros use. I am glad that as a spinoff, your marital relationship "improved by leaps and bounds."
But I am a confirmed bachelor and hence do not have a supportive partner, male or female. I am totally alone in my Aneros journey. But that is OK. While experiencing that first Super-O would be nice, I am not hankering after such. However, for an older single man as me at age 63, what I have noticed most about the Aneros is its overall health benefits.

Hi @xtimed69, are referring to the health benefits of the Aneros in giving you a more vigorous, energetic walk? Well, that for me is a very great benefit. Another is having a well massaged prostate which manifests in that buzz which pervades my groin and my manhood. 😀
