I just completed a four session with my Mgx and Helix. I can't get enough of these wonderful toys. I have been doing about two sessions a day since I got my Progasm, Mgx and Helix two weeks ago. I first clean my rectum and then inject 5 ml. of lube. I then lube the Mgx and insert it. The sensations start almost immediately.
