Please dump FlashChat

Please, please, please, ditch the new chat service. I rarely use it now because it is cumbersome and has fewer features now than it did on the previous service. Many in the chat room who are left, work in the IT business and say that FlashChat is by far the worst product on the market. If you chose this chat server because of a cheaper cost, the adage, "you get what you pay for" certainly rings true. You have lost many longtime chatters (and customers) and fewer new chatters are entering the chat room due to the obnoxious steps required to set up an account.
