Please take measures to fix the chat room. The wait time is 3-4 minutes just to enter. Microsoft no longer supports a particular file that the chat website is looking for. As a result, it takes 3-4 minutes to time out.

As of Saturday, Aug 29th at Noon CDT the condition still persists.

Guys,

I heard back from support@aneros.com, indicating they think the problem is fixed. I didn't have any significant delay getting into the Chat room so... hopefully, you won't either.

I see that the code that opens the invisible iframe to flex.atdmt.com is now commented out.
