Cracked / Broke the perineum tab on my Progasm Ivory.

Yes, it's happened to me, twice. The polystyrene plastic is a problem; the more it's stressed, like, say, from doing kegels, the weaker the plastic gets until failure. And, I believe, the polystyrene will fail with steady use. The Ice models are made of ABS, I believe, which is much stronger, and smoother.

I had only used it maybe 10 times. Paid full price too as I bought it on this site. 🙁

Did Aneros replace it for you?

this just happened to my blue one. Though It had nothing to do with my using it. I had tried using the hitachi against it once and it felt so good I didnt even realize it was melting the plastic on both devices lol. Then the other day I noticed it had broken right off completely from bouncing around in my toy box. Oh well, gives me an excuse to buy a replacement in the ice version.

I ordered the Progasm Ice. Hopefully I will have better results on longevity. I wonder if the different texture will have a different effect....

As far as I can recall the Progasm Ice is made of polycarbonate. I've been using mine since 2010, my original Progasm developed cracks after a year, so I saved it before anything broke off. Now it serves as a desktop ornament.

My Progasm Ice seems to be indestructible.
I have been so pleased I bought a second. The new one is slightly smaller which makes it different. Very pleased!
