@spurred_on do the sphincter contractions slowly - pull in and hold - release and relax. Repeat and soon they will become automatic! I got it to slide in without my help last night. Wicked cool.
Once fully in, I did 5 sets of 10 sphincter flexes, but couldn't get the Black Ice to start doing contractions on its own. Any suggestions for getting those to start happening?

I should put the Black Ice in just over the first bump, and then wait? Does it make any difference whether laying on my back with knees bent and feet flat on the bed, or on my stomach with butt in the air. I've tried both and waiting 5 minutes or so.

You may not be relaxing enough to let the Progasm do its thing. When it’s ready to go after you have been totally relaxed and waiting, you may find that it will pull inside to the maximum and begin moving on its own! When it does, relax and enjoy the ride!
