As for that, it's due to the fact that the passable ones resemble females and/or desire to be refferd to as such. Myself, even after
they get the operation I still don't see them as true females as the
operation is basically just a rescsulpted penis. But if I where talking
to one I’d refer to him as her and call her a girl because if I don't the person may get upset or offended and I’d rather not
