Interesting poll result. Seven years ago my Urologist was encouraging his E.D. patients to shun briefs for boxers. It seemed to be "hang loose" time and Boxers were the most common attire in this Forum. Now I find myself wearing briefs to accommodate an incontinent Guard during long airplane flights and seem to have developed a liking for briefs on a daily basis.

All three styles. Boxers more often than the other two though... n bikinis not briefs. Also freeball sometimes.

I also wear tights / pantyhose under my briefs with an opening in the gusset for easy access for whichever aneros I use. and I find the abutment tab less painful an d more comfortable when not directly against my skin. I'd like to ask though, please, will this wearing of tights or pantyhose restrict the movement of the aneros? I've come very close to a super o, but not quite there yet after 6 years of trying. I am determined though. 🙂

I have worn briefs since my earliest years. When I got into high school, my parents took me shopping for clothes at a men's clothier in a city seven miles from my hometown in Northwestern Connecticut. This was in the 1960's. The store sold underwear by Munsingwear and Jockey. The also sold BIKE jockstraps. I wanted all three brands to "support" my burgeoning adolescent sexual verve. But I had to wait until I went away to college in 1968 and began living on my own.

When I became my own man in college and beyond, I became a devotee of Munsingwear Kangeroo Pouch briefs and boxer briefs. Soon after I branched out in Jockey Y-front briefs which I also enjoy wearing. In the 1990's, Jockey began manufacturing pouch briefs with the horizontal fly similar to Munsingwear Roos and also boxer briefs with the same design. They are all way hot!

@Prostatejunkie, you should have added a category for jockstraps in your survey. Men and boys still wear them because many sports and athletic teams require their use, especially in contact sports such as baseball, hockey, lacrosse, and boxing require players to wear a jock and cup. Many guys also enjoy wearing a jock, even a cup, for ordinary wear! Over the years, I have enjoyed wearing ordinary jockstraps, swimmer jocks, and jocks with cups! Contrary to opinion, the jockstrap is alive and well! Athletic cups of many types and brands are way hot!

Otzi makes some wonderful bikini underware that are a cross between bikini and thong.they feel great and look awesome.

It varies with me. I usually wear boxer/briefs during the week. On the weekends my wife likes it when I wear my 'weekend underwear' . They consist of brief briefs, thongs and some strings. She loves the look and they make me feel good too!

All great responses. I've found that wearing thongs and G strings are great for two main aspects. First of all feeling sexy while nobody around you has a clue. However, I'm finding my favourite reason is the way they fight under jeans and the massive amount of support they provide for my package. I've ordered more thonga recently as I'm missing that support when I'm not wearing one!

I'm in the thongs and bikinis category. They provide so much stimulation! I always start my aneros sessions in a thong too. It just warms me up the best!

I traditionally wore boxerbriefs. Searching the internet one day not for underwear but i came across these elephant trunk underwear. They come in all the same styles boxers, briefs, thong, etc. Except there is a pouch in the front where you slide your dick in. Well I laughed and they where only $2 so I had to try them. I ordered a few different styles. Boxerbrief style still my favorite. But my girlfriend like the thong style. They are really comfy. The give you the support in the balls but the freedom in your dick. It's almost like wearing nothing. Trust me if you find these you will love them.

About a year ago I found Jockstraps similar in function and style to what @Dogmen found. The model I'm "adicted" is a sort of hybrid, 'Jockthong' "WANGJIANG" is the brand. Good hug on the hips, The pouch is light weight thong style with three mini-straps. One for each bun and a third on centerline to tickle your rosebud or loop around the p-tab on an Aneros tool. The pouch is cleverly tailored netting. I've cut a slit in the center pouch to allow my dick some maneuvring space if I'm going to wear heavy denim.

Late note-- The feeling remotely recalls how a suspensory used to feel, without the nuisance of the string that got tied around one's dick and sack.

But G-string! Just tried them for the first time, and a great sensation is wearing one during Aneros use. If it's a single string just move it aside, but the two strings with a little fabric variety keep the Aneros in place. It snuggles right in there, and is fun to walk around wearing. Try it!
