Your prostate. Is this true? If I do leak any, it's very little. Looking for your experience and knowledge, experts and fellow aneros users!

I read if you don't leak, it's a sign of problems with your prostate. Is this true?

I'm not a doctor but from all my reading I've never read that leaking is a sign of a healthy prostate or that not leaking is indicative of any problem. Can you please cite the source of your reading?

If you are referring to precum emissions, this is a function of your Cowper's gland, not your prostate and some leakage due to sexual arousal is natural and normal but not leaking is NOT indicative of a problem either. If you are referring to seminal/prostate fluid leakage, this might occur as a result of prostate/seminal vesicle stimulation, also known as a 'milking' effect.

If you are experiencing spontaneous fluid leakage in the absence of sexual arousal or some other form of physical stimulation, I would strongly advise you to consult a urologist for a diagnosis as this would be considered an abnormal condition.
Good Vibes to You !

Hi @Spanishguy69, I fully agree with rumel's answer. Perhaps you should add which liquid is meant, to help to vote correctly. If you mean precum, I can tell that it depends on so many circumstances and varies such a lot, that I still couldn't really decide for any of your suggested votes.
What definetly increases my precum flow is guided edging* with many interruptions to let my member shrink to normal in between.
Cheers, Mart
(* works great for kegels instead of stroking, too)
