For those with BPH, what have you found to be the best practices and toys for your pursuit of pleasure and the Super O? I vacillate between toys with a thinner stem for a more targeted massage to a thicker stem with more girth for a more full effect. Is there one that is preferable towards the Super O? Thanks

@bladerunner, I'm not sure the model matters; it didn't for me.  Using one regularly along with a rigorous regiment of kagel exercises has helped me a lot.

ED, however is a little harder to eradicate.   Although the use of Aneros has helped, I haven't found a natural, physical remedy as I'm often struggling to perform.  Anyone has a solution without the use of drugs or suplements?
