hi
i have a question
today i got great sensations in my aneros session. but ad some point all sensations die and i got the feeling that i'm done.
should i keep going even if the sensations are gone? I leaked a good amount of pre cum and it felt really good.
thanks for the help
Hello
Happened to me too (in past). There were short moments of pleasure and soon after there were no more stimuli that sustained the excitement and pleasure.
Pleasure will become more and more consistent and constant as you progress on your journey. You will experience pleasures from start to finish with variations in intensity. Don't forget to leave your butt (off duty) 1 or 2 days between sessions 😉 .
I think it's ideal to stop. If there is no more result during the session, do not insist.
Congratulations on the progress.
Regularize, discipline.

This is a bit tricky to answer because P-waves are sometimes generated in cyclic waves during an Anerosession where they may wax for a period and then wane for a period, this time period will vary for each individual, so you will need to determine what your typical cycle is. I think terminating a session after having waiting through an appropriate amount of time is the better option. This will prevent boredom or frustration from setting in and spoiling an otherwise productive session. Remember this is a learning journey about your body and learning to read your own body's language of sensations, trying to power forward and coerce further P-waves will prove fruitless. Don't let your ego try to dictate the action, it can't, your body knows what it can and can not do so read its signals and learn to go with its flow.
Good Vibes to You!

Then you're done. You can still do some flexes and breathing etc. But if you feel it's time to wrap it up, then it makes sense do do so. If things start to ramp down pretty early, like under 30 minutes, then you might try having a short session in the morning and another in the evening, so you still get the benefits of "more time in the saddle". Good luck !
