Some are, some are not. I don't know why they differ. Maybe the build up, the kind of toy I'm using, where I'm at timewise in my session, I wish I knew.

Last night I used my aneros, and was getting some nice feelings in the groin area, and prostate,  then I thought I was going to ejaculate, but I urinated instead, as my penis was erect it shot out, it felt good, but messy! It has never happened before, I wonder if it is similar to when women squirt!

Agree with your thoughts on what a super o is for you. I find it similar to the beginning of a Hollywood scene where they clap that board with the scene and take number and all. Only it's in reverse. After the orgasm, the board claps and I'm back in the here and now and I'm saying "...that was incredible". Then the next one seems to creep up on you and tap you on the shoulder asking if your ready for the next one - too late, it's happening.

So much this, the bold stuff I highlighted above, that's it, that's what its all about. After the first one or two, then its like a random number table is being used by some muses to decide my prostate orgasmic fate. The numbers they are picking randomly are the number of seconds between my orgasms. Sometimes its 10 seconds to the next one, sometimes 53 seconds, then it'll be 33 seconds, then 78 seconds, then 11 seconds, etc.. It can be three contractions and the fourth triggers the orgasm. Sometimes it can be 20 contractions before next orgasm. What's wild is the length of time between each contraction, and the collective amount of time in which all the contractions occur, varies. Three contractions can take 15 seconds and then I have an orgasm. Or three contractions can happen in less than 3 seconds and I orgasm. 

The trick to is there is no PONR that I can perceive when I have prostate orgasms. I know you know what urine is, but are you sure it was urine? Was it a lot? Was it just a lot of precum or possibly prostate fluid too? Did you squirt fluid more than once? Did it occur with an orgasm? I do know that prostate stimulation can make my bladder get busy and make me need to pee. I try to pee as much as I can before a session, even if I did 10 minutes ago, right before I lay down to start the session I force myself to pee again. This is interesting and I hope you can elaborate on what happened!

Yes, my wife used to be a massive squirter, and it was mostly a white thin fluid that did not taste or smell like urine, it used to stain my dark blue bed sheets bright white.
