My first time using the helix syn x I got a super O, was definitely not prepared for that tsunami of sensation. My dick started "convulsing" during it though. It was like a muscle spasm. It wasn't unpleasant, just a bit weird. Felt like one of those needles that register seismic activity from earthquakes. Does that happen every time or was that just from muscle fatigue or something?

Congratulations on your early success, you are one of the rare men to get to a Super-O so quickly.

As a newbie user you are going to experience many novel sensations, some of these may be experienced only once in your journey, others may occur infrequently in future sessions and still others will become regular aspects of your Anerosessions. Each man's journey is a unique set of sensations and an adventure to be savored. What you experienced may just be a 'one off' event, it is difficult to predict these things.
