Hello, I purchased a Eupho Syn V and am waiting to receive it. This all new to me. I see the notes about using lube but wonder if the first insertion will be a challenge or hurt. I believe the unit is .85 in diameter at the tip. What recommendations do you have for insertion and what to do afterwards.  As an FYI - I am in self-chastity to help with some self-control but still would like some pleasure. I thought this unit may help with that. any advice on insertion, use and expectations would be welcome.    Thanks!

You should not experience any difficulties with the ESV as it’s smooth and small and should slide right in! Just remember to clean out first and use a water based lube and enjoy! Keep us posted on your progress!

@will8555 Just use plenty of lube and take it slow.  Insert the tip and push it in a bit at a time...if you are experiencing any discomfort stop and wait til it passes then continue to insert the toy.  You shouldn't be feeling any pain...if you are, you're doing it wrong.  Don't forget the lube and there is no such thing as too much lube.  

When it comes to expectations...don't have any.  Having expectations of what you think you should expect or be feeling is detrimental to new users.  I've been doing this since 2011 and I can't count how many new people have come and gone because they didn't experience pleasure after only trying a few times.  Aneros toys aren't as simple as insert and suddenly orgasms.  It takes time to learn how to feel and understand the sensations that the aneros toys generate.  Think of learning how to use aneros toys as a marathon, not a sprint.  But if you have the patience it is so worth it.  You'll experience things that you didn't even know was possible.

Thanks to Fred27 and logik. My ESV arrived and I tried it out today. I cleansed about 2 hours before - still had a bit of a runny time afterwards. I may just wait until I have a movement. I used lube and a lube injector. It was still a bit tight initially but then moved inside easily. I went for 45 minutes. I did use the vibration after a while and found setting 7 to be very pleasant. Nothing earth shattering for me. I did have kind of a brief 'Wow' moment for about 6 or 7 seconds about 20 minutes in. The experience was pleasant throughout though. I focus on beathing and being a relaxed state. I contracted my anal muscles very often during the 45 minutes. I did not have my expectations set too high, so I was satisfied with the internal pleasure. I did not have an erection or have any precum or dripping. All in all - very nice.
