I have been using a prostate massager from Shots Toys for a while now which was rather small so I thought I might try a bigger one. The bigger one I got now is called Zini Janus Anti-Shock and it's the biggest of 3 different models. I bought it cause I found it online at a relatively acceptable.
I have been using it one time now and I noticed that it really puts more pressure on the prostate (I assume it hits the prostate). When I had it inserted and then flexed the PC muscle it felt a bit uncomfortable at times.
Could this be dangerous in any way? For example if the pressure which is applied on the prostate is too huge then could this cause damage? Or would I first feel some kind of pain so that I clearly know that the pressure is too huge?

What I also don't like about it is the perineum tab. It puts way too much pressure on this area. It's really annoying. I had to put a few layers of toilet paper between the tab and the skin but it's still not really comfortable. I wish I could just saw it off.

I had to cut the whole anti shock part off to get it to move, it made something feel good first time I used it but just like the handles on all my aneros toys, I had to cut it off. Literally changed my life as a result 😉

@ techpump

Can you upload a pic? I dont know if I could cut something off. I mean how do you put it together and make sure it stays together?

I am really pissed cause this thing was expensive. I have a really cheap prostate massager from shots toys and this one is better than the zini anti shock simply because it doesn't have such an enormous perineum tab the tab ruins everything.

it's the handle part opposite the P-tab, the "anti-shock" part of the massager. The P-tab comes down and meets the back of the insertable part of the toy, and the anti-shock part comes out of the P-tab attachment and goes the opposite direction of the P-tab. I got some small wire cutters and cut the anti-shock part off of the P-tab arm. Voila, it is gone. No "put it together and make sure it stays together" needed, you are simply removing a part of the toy permanently. I found the anti-shock to not really work at all (isn't the "shock" what your anus and prostate want: the shock needed to create the auto-fucking that makes prostate orgasms possible???!!!), and once it was gone, I've been having orgasms like you wouldn't believe. I had a dry O last night within 1 minute of using my zini, and my session was about an hour long, so...

Take care if you do cut it though, the plastic Zini uses is very very hard and is not as "pliable" as Aneros plastic is. If you apply force in the wrong way, or in the wrong spot, you could probably shatter the toy. Their plastic is way strong!!!

Hi tech,
you mean you made a cut at point A on the pic? But then what about the P-tab? The P-tab is what bothers me not the handle.

And if you remove the whole handle then it could also easily get sucked into the butt and then how do you get it out again? I'd rather cut off the P Tab but I don't know how it would feel then and if it would still "work" or be useless then.

No man this thing does not have the opportunity to get sucked into you, if anything, it hangs on for dear life and would never go in like that!

I use EPA ok'd, drinking water safe, plumber's epoxy putty and molded a little donut of the stuff around the side of the "ball" part of the janus P-tab, and its a slightly oval shaped pad that rests ever so nicely on my perineum or whatever is just below it that also feels nice. But even before this adaptation, the ball wasn't so bad it just rolled from side to side too much, and like that it would have never gotten sucked into me. I've cut the handles off every aneros I have and they all work fine and aren't going anywhere 🙂

Ok thanks for the info. Maybe I will try it a few more times and if I cannot get used to it I can still try to cut the handle off. I just worry what if without the handle it works even less for me?
