So I've awakened my prostate while my wife is away for a month. I'm 90% of the way to my first HFPO, and I can now get to the exact same spot with and without the Aneros. In 1.5 weeks I will be reunited with my wife for our first round of sex since this change.

You are so so right. I had my first and I can only describe it as unbelievable. While having sex I was gently contracting my PC and Anal muscles to generate P-Waves. Definitely more intense orgasms. You should also not ejaculate until she comes back...the orgasm you will have will be so intense....
