So I've awakened my prostate while my wife is away for a month. I'm 90% of the way to my first HFPO, and I can now get to the exact same spot with and without the Aneros. In 1.5 weeks I will be reunited with my wife for our first round of sex since this change.

You are so so right. I had my first and I can only describe it as unbelievable. While having sex I was gently contracting my PC and Anal muscles to generate P-Waves. Right when I was about to orgasm I generated the biggest P-Wave I could and contracted my anal muscles as the orgasm hit. I literally exploded into my wife. Rope and rope of cum. A volume like I've never seen. The orgasm and expelling of ejaculate lasted for what seemed like 10 seconds, and my whole body began convulsing. I had to grab the bed to remain in one place. Definitely more intense orgasms. You should also not ejaculate until she comes back...the orgasm you will have will be so intense....
