Woo-Hoo!

Well, it finally happened! My very first aneros orgasm. I've had other really small ones but these were very nice and defined. Why not a super O, at least as pleasurable as a conventional ejaculatory orgasm. 3 good ones and 4 smaller ones. Also less time between them.

I've been a user for about 6 months or so. The key to success really is muscle control and muscle tone. But really control. You need to find the right contraction to get you off. For me I use the muscles that pull my balls up. I do that manually until the involuntaries kick in. I also try not to tense up when they hit since tension hinders the aneros movement.

Anyway, looking forward to many more thrills to come.

For the noobs.

I have a Helix and had to play with the tab.
I lay on my side like the instructions say.
I use KY

Hints:

patience
use enough lube (I screwed this up)
check the insertion to make sure your getting good contact (went 3 months without checking)
Keep some kleenex handy to wipe your "taint" down to keep it dry.
practice your muscle control (the hardest part)

Once you get used to it, aneros is so much more fun and satisfying as you can go "all out" instead of holding back with regular masturbation.

peace

AM

i hear you about using your cremaster muscles, but could you explain how you do that?--how do you grab/hold your balls and what do you do then?--pull the whole sac down or stretch them or what?--i don't see how you do this and still remain relaxed--in other words, could you explain the nuts and bolts of it all??--thanks--ede_1943

sit in a chair and put a hand under your balls. Try different muscular contractions till you find the ones that pull your balls up a just a little bit. Practice that contraction.

Then do the same contraction during an aneros session.

Best way I can describe is I pull the aneros up inside my while at the same time pushing it back towards my spine. Sort of a "roll" or "scoop".

Like I said, the muscular control is just something you develop. And for me it took a helluva lot of time and patience to get it down.
