This is my first post after lurking for 3 months or so. Well, I had gotten the helix, and like most of the other posts I see, expected it to be easy. It took about a month (random off & on) for ANYTHING to happen.

When something did finally happen, it was a heart-beat-movement, which had some kind of feedback-loop as I see it referred as, which made my heart beat more. When it was done, I had the same sort of 'did that really happen?' reaction that I see so much. Was that the super-o? They all said 'change your expectation of what an O is'. End of Session.

Eventually got used to the tab (relatively), & tried various positions, as on-the-side did nothing for me. My best happens when laying on my stomach w/ my upper body and shoulders propped up on 2-3 bed pillows. Added a pillow (hard) under my lower abdomen really adds more 'shakes' to the abdominal muscles -- I suspect it's pushing the prostate closer against the helix from the other side -- sorta like a prostate sandwich.

After that, perhaps the rewiring started or something, because I continued going to bed (& usually to sleep) w/ it in and laying on my side had a profound change one night. This was much further. And wow -- they can happen 2-3 times in a row. Was that the super-o? Surely that must be it... End of Session.

Then I decided to get the progasm, since I figured maybe a larger size would speed things along (I know it's the wrong mindset, but I was curious). Boy that's advanced... I'm still not 'there' yet with that. Main complaint w/ that is that lube doesn't stick; it's made of totally different plastic -- maybe it's the black dye or something.

So now every once in a while I have what may ACTUALLY be the super-o for me. It's most difficult to keep going because it's SO much better feeling when I don't breathe... but then I wind up taking a large breath and then ruining the 'flow'. So at some point in process one evening (while trying to not wake up the wife) I'm internally hinting at what I visualize as 'vertical hula hoops'... I don't know that I can explain what I mean by that right now, but it's mixed with each breath, a visualization of a down back to up front 'hoop' on the inhale, and following through with the 'hoop' on the exhale. After a ton of this, I had what may/may not be (who even knows?) the super-o. My head pounds w/ blood flow, to the point where i can only hear my heart. I get removed in sort of like an inner-body experience -- like the opposite of out-of-body-experience.

What it feels like is I'm a tiny person in a shell of a person that's huge. It's blissful & I feel like I'm wearing gigantic boxing gloves -- the effect of being far removed from external sensations w/ extremely amplified internal sensations.

Will this help other newbs? Is it an interesting read to anyone? Who knows. But I'm glad that I tried it out & actually did get hooked on it.
