Which model for size and retention

@aneros_user121266 , the Maximus is the next 'bigger' one but (not quite as big as the Progasm) with a smaller diameter at the base so your sphincter can hold it a little better than the Progasm.

The real solution though is to strengthen your floor muscles to better control the massager, whatever model it is.  If you're not familiar with Kegel exercises, look it up and start practicing.

Your post caught my eye because at first I was experiencing the same thing and looking for the same kind of solution mainly something bigger and shaped differently. I tried so many things to no avail and waisted a lot of money. After 4 years (I lost my first account in the transition) I can tell you « the smaller the better ». It’s only a few months ago that my body started to « accept » the thing. It was an epic combat between me and my aneros that would always end up with the aneros pushed out as a foreign body or my inside sore. I could go on and on but to cut a long story short, one day my body decided to accept the massager. It was floating inside me. I could feel it and I took pleasure in « scanning » it slowly, here is the top, then the bigger part and then the slender part; I could apply on it a slight pressure like a feather and then release it and again until my muscles (sphincter and pc-muscle) started to flutter, to vibrate involuntarily causing the most exquisite sensation I had ever had down there. Now my favorite massagers are the eupho, the mgx and the helix together with the smaller peridise.

You might find the Progasm Jr. to be the biggest device with great retention. Narrow at the base, with short arms, both of which seem to keep it in place better. It also feels great.
