I'd think when I don't really feel anything anymore, but sometimes that's temporary, and I can get it going again if I relax. When do you decide to stop?

I think hanging on too long, starts to get unpleasant and a letdown. Better to leave yourself wanting more...and resume in a future session.

When I stop, I really hate too. I finish after a nice long orgasm and that keeps me coming back for more. I’ve said this before, but make sure you aren’t making this about a destination (the orgasm). Thoroughly enjoy the journey and you’ll start stacking orgasm upon orgasm.

Quite easily achieving some awesome orgasms - even after a few minutes, it depends mostly on my actual stamina and my spare time, how long my session will last. Only if I feel more like wanting than patiently waiting to receive, I will call it a session.

During my sessions I also try to listen to an inner voice that seems to be controlled by my gland. This morning at the beginning of my Eupho Syn session its command was to touch my left nipple. Only touching it for a second induced blissful p-waves. After pausing three seconds I touched my nipple again, causing even stronger p-waves. After some repetitions a full body orgasm crushed over me. Later I approached my nipple again, hearing "don't you!". The same with all my body movements. Best compared to having the hiccups or to sneezing I wait for involuntary muscle twitching or somnambulatory movements like turning around or moving or stretching my legs.

Admittedly I am also willingly shaking or better rotating* my hips and pelvis from time to time to wake up or tickle my gland. If I can't notice any remarkable echo in the next few minutes, I feel it's time to do some necessary errands, hmm, like writing posts here or buying a new Aneros tool or some lube. No, no, I'm not addicted, I COULD stop whenever I WOULD want to, I only don't wanna stop yet. 😎
(*by only tensing my musculi glutaei maximi ("asscheeks") alternately)

@Spanishguy69 I don't think I'm alone, but like @handsfree59, my body seems to "know" when the session is over. Perhaps I listen to that "inner voice" as @SOwithoutAneros described. When you extend your session in anticipation of wanting more, like @KevinT said, make sure you are not making an orgasm your "destination". If you do, IMHO, you are building yourself up for a letdown. Just enjoy what pleasures the session brings to you and know when to end it. Good luck to you!

Usually the need to get some sleep dictates when a session might end for me. It is so hard to stop when I find myself in a nice place and just want to go on and on. Last night during a lull I left the Aneros in place and decided to sleep for a while and then take it out. I have tried this before and find it usually brings on some nice Aless next day. But I woke up an hour later with my prostate pulsing and an erection trying to burst out of my briefs, who could ignore that? I must get some sleep tonight!

@Harper, if you'll really manage to get some sleep tonight, at best sufficient sleep of about seven to eight hours, the benefit will be a big step in your journey. As with all mental health symptoms like a good retrentiveness and concentrativeness you will, too, harvest improvements in your rewiring. The reason is, it's all a mind's game and your mind needs its refractory period to handle all those new impressions and to process all that new data. Have a good night and some most recreative sleep! 🙂
Hope I will follow my own suggestions tonight, 😉

@SOwithoutAneros I certainly intend to follow your good advice. Felt a little bit grumpy as the wore on to be honest and I know it is lack of sleep. It’s very important to rest the body and mind. Make sure you follow your own advice too, you know it makes sense : )
