The community is also a big deal, in the sense that you get to have discussions with people using the exact same devices as you and can thus more easily compare results and techniques. I agree, these products were thoughtfully designed from the very beginning, not for novelty but for effectiveness. Each new generation is an evolution and refinement of the initial design concept. Yup, it is all those things. It was through the health aspects of prostate massage that I found the HIH site and I only discovered later the enjoyable side effects of such therapeutic use.
