I've read that first you have to insert the aneros , then relax and get used to it inside you. up to this step I'm okay. but what to do after that is my big question :S
start with anal contractions? this will cause the involuntary contractions? and how many of them?
or
more deep breathing exercises?
I think I'm kind of lost here, I feel like "uhh and what next?" @__@
After doing all that.... stand up and thrust... it works for me... as gravity naturally draws the aneros out... contract... greatest feeling ever(so far)
