Hi All!

I am so impressed by the diversity of people that come together here because of a like-passion, that I just felt like posting this!

I realize that many forum members play porn, to get them into the mood and to get the amore pumping! (I do this sometime as well!)

Although, I now find that most of the time I can get to the point of arousal just by the thoughts and feelings associated with the session and the touch and feel of my Anerose! From there I only need some low belly breathing and visualizing the energy to get me to the party! I also enjoy very much, having some soft, erotic music in the backround to enhance the atmosphere and ease into a deep relaxation state...

I have ALWAYS been very passionate about my misic, which is ALL types of music. (Jazz, Rock, Classical, Blues, etc.-Quality is the key!)

For relaxation, I use:

Jazz, Classical, Nature sounds, Sitar...

Some are: Enya, Tangerine Dream, Pink Floyd, Keiko Metsui, D. Sanborn, M. Davis, Sade, Seal, etc.

Great to bring music into other areas! I use my music to enhance ALL aspects of my life, even my work.

Two passions: (multiple orgasm & Music) joining together to form a cenergy for even more enjoyment of life!

SO!:

"WHAT DO YOU LISTEN TO DURING YOUR ANEROSE SESSIONS??? . . ."

Thanx,

Hlaser, Audiofile...

I listen to Ecstasy from Brainsync ( http://www.brainsync.com/brain.asp?id=27&title=Ecstasy ) which was recommended a few weeks ago on this forum.

I downloaded it (around $10 I think) and put it on the iPod within a few minutes. I've listened to it every day since (with and without the Aneros) and the sensations I get have grown everyday. Most of the strongest sensations I get are without the Aneros--sitting at my desk, driving or sitting in the car, and definitely upon waking in the morning. All this has begun since listeneing to Ecstasy.

How much of my growth in the journey has come from these sounds, I will never know. But I can definitely say that things have ramped up since starting listening to it.

My thanks go to whoever it was on this forum who originally recommended Ecstasy.

Hi Rivendell!

I am hearing about Ecstasy both here and on KSMO site (multiples.com).

It sounds pretty cool???

You can preview it at: (www.brainsync.com/brain.asp?id=27&title=Ecstasy)...

I have ordered it, but haven't received it yet!

Interesting site too???

I hear ya! I listen to music all day every day. It definatly sets the tone for whatever I am doing. For me I would have to add anything by Enigma, especially Voyager (first super "O" sound track... hmmmm kind of ironic now that I see it...the 11 month voyage to super "O"dom). Anyway Zero 7 and Air are awesome as well. Jam Nation and Grove Armada are also go to's. These last two are a little faster but have a great groove to them.
Cheers

There is a series of recordings by a guy named Jeffrey Thompson (that's "Dr. Jeffrey Thompson" to you). They claim to be meditation tracks which induce particular brain waves (this is also called "brain entrainment").

I bought his "Gamma Meditation System" disc, which is supposed to stimulate gamma waves in your brain. Here is a link explaining gamma waves http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gamma_wave .

Regardless of whether it does or doesn't actually induce gamma waves, i think it is an excellent recording. i tried it first because i wanted to learn to meditate (and still do). however, it had the opposite effect. i found it erotic (so did my wife) and it pulled my hair trigger O response. in any case, it is very engaging and a good background for turning off the world and listening inward.

below is a link on amazon. the brief "Listen" samples only have the very start, before it has gotten going. i listened to the Ecstasy track recommended above. it is somewhat similar but, to me, the Gamma disc seems much more stimulating. (plus, you can get it cheap at amazon)

Interesting thread - asking about music. I've just purchased the helix for my honey and am SOOOOOOOOOOO excited to try it out.

Music wise, I was a bit caught off guard by the brainscan deal. What gets me going, and which will definately be on the surround sound - throughout the entire house when we try the aneros out - is Massive Attack. Their music gets me so turned on and I know my love likes it too =)

I highly recommend it to anyone that loves music and plays music while having sex.

you can hear clips of their stuff here:

http://www.massiveattack.co.uk/collected

click on "music players" then click on "listen" next to the various tracks. Listen to "I want you", "Live With Me", and "Angel".

Cheers!

Darwin,

Where do you find all this stuff? You may have to write a book someday.

Riverdell,

Love the info on this thread. I just downloaded the Ecstasy MP3 as well after reading your post. Will try it for the first time tonight in the second hour of the Aneros activity.

By the way, what feelings did you get in the car and on waking that you refer to in your post?

Hey All!

I received my copy of the "Ecstasy" CD from brainsync.com last week and have been using it some every day.

I am dumbfounded as to how it works, but for me it definitely does work! I even have good luck, just sitting in front of my computer with the sub-woofer under the desk. (even without head-phones???)

I get p-waves and a throbbing sensation, that starts in my scrotum with vibrating and tingling, then to my testicles and then thru them and up into my prostate! From there it spreads to my anus and penis...

It is amazing! (feels kind of like the "slightest touch" device only more mellow and not as over-the-top… maybe like an early stage of a traditional orgasm is "on-hold"???)

The only problem I have encountered is in grounding myself afterwards! It sometimes keeps going on for hours and I can't defuse the buzzzzzz... Sometimes you gotta get normal, just to have a reference point for comparison, when you get back to your orgasmic journey???

Hlaser99

Hey MHunter!

Just checked out Massive Attack and it really excellent stuff!

The softer instrumental parts reminded me of: Tangerine Dream and maybe a little Enya thrown in???

Thanks for the recommendation!

Hey all.. I thought I might drop a note here.

Check out hypnofantasy.com for free streaming of some erotic relaxation session from 20 minutes to over an hour. I use the aneros with my partner while he listens to some of these/my sessions.

There is a male voice also if that is more your taste.

I am in the process of making a special session dedicated to the Aneros.. if anyone has any ideas or input, drop me a line 😉

We listen to classical music on the radio. It's amazing the range of music that you find yourself contracting to or thrusting to!

Yours anally

Hello Tripper. I apolgize for the delay in replying, but I've been traveling and haven't looked at the forum in quite some time.

You asked about the sensations I get in the car and at my desk. It's almost identical to what hlaser99 described in his post on this thread (he said "I get p-waves and a throbbing sensation"), except fopr me it's totally centered in the prostate and then radiates out in all directions. The feelings vary in intensity (sometimes intense, sometimes barely noticeable) and always pleasurable (I need another word there, but can't think of anything better) There's a new pulse every 30 seconds or so. They now happen just about every time I'm sitting at the desk or in the car. I also wake up during the night and every morning with some great experiences while still in bed.

I also feel the same as hlaser99 when he said: "The only problem I have encountered is in grounding myself afterwards! It sometimes keeps going on for hours and I can't defuse the buzzzzzz... " The buzzzzz, as he describes it, does go on for hours (and is going on right now). It's a wonderful feeling, but sometimes I'd prefer that it would just go away for a while.

Please remember, I'm not an expert on any of this stuff and I've never felt the super-o. How much of what I'm experiencing is due to the Ecstacy CD, I have no clue. I think what I'm feeling is due to a combination of using the Aneros, starting Jack Johnston's KSMO, using the SlightestTouch for long periods of time a few weeks ago, and Neil Slade's explanation of the amygdalae (the idea to use all of these techniques came from suggestions on this forum).

I hope this answers your question. Thanks for asking!

Now that you've had it for a while, what do you think of the Ecstasy CD?

Dell

Hey Dell!

I hear you! When you are into Aneros, KSMO and I am having O's just sitting in the chair doing nothing except drinking coffee??? (maybe it's my coffee??? I grind my own Starbuck's...LOL!)

I have changes going on constantly, the longer I have been "re-wired", the more new feelings I am experiencing! {...seems like I do a post, then something changes and my ideas go right along with it???

One thing that is constant, at least for now, is what I call my "base-line", an orgasmic buzz, that is as low as the good vibes will go and still be pleasurable and they vary in strength, then a mini or super-O builds on-top of the base-line. (so to speak) I get these every a.m. and they come and go all day. They ARE centered in my prostate, as with most of my good vibes and it does radiate out, as you say!

The Ecstasy CD, though, seems to work to varying degrees, now that I have used it fop a while and gotten used to it, I guess??? No matter what, it always adds a nice dimention to what ever protocol I am practicing at the time.

Who knows what will be happening six months or even a month from now??? Exciting journey to experience, isn't it???

Later, Hlaser
