What kind research created the trident series?

"The creation of our products is the result of the efforts of the owner of our company (the inventor of the Aneros) our product development staff and user feedback and involvement. Early on we heard from many of customers who were eager to share their experiences and suggestions with us. Most of this feedback came through our Aneros forum. In 2003, several of these users became our designated product testers.
Two years ago, one of these individuals formerly joined our staff becoming our product development manager. In 2016, he created a testing team/focus group comprised of current Aneros forum members. This approach has streamlined our development process and will facilitate the introduction of many more new products in future"
