I've had orgasms before that didn't involve shaking. I rarely have them and they last a short time. They tend to be pleasant and similar to the feeling of an ejaculatory orgasm.
I think I've had a Super O, it was made up of very pleasurable p-waves. My whole body started shaking and I had very strong, uncontrolled jerks all over my body. I think it was a super O. What I don't like about it is that apart from the uncontrollable shaking, it doesn't involve any pleasurable sensations. I wouldn't call it pleasurable, just a wild experience. I don't feel satisfied afterwards, I just feel tired. Could this be an orgasm, in this case a super o? Or is it definitely pleasurable, accompanied by pleasant sensations along with the shaking?
Thank you in advance!
I totally agree with @clenchy here. Looking back, I have experienced some amazing orgasms and wasn’t sure if it was in my head or really happened. The more you can dial into the pleasure you feel in your pelvic area, the more you can allow it to radiate outward. I’m not into moving energy around but it definitely builds on where you let it go. Relaxing allows the involuntary stuff to grow. For me that equals the feeling of ejaculating but no emission except precum. When you see precum and you feel that glow in your groin, you are where you need to be. This allows you to stay here for as long as you want and experience MMOs. I can remain here until I’m too tired to continue or I run out of time. There is going to be a sense of release ( not cum ) during all this but you never lose the desire to keep going. If you happen to keep pushing to ejaculation, then you will lose the desire to continue. For me the shaking kicks in when I’m pushing my body to hard. I have to stop when they kick in and ride the orgasms that follow. My nipples are also important at this point because it triggers the feeling of re-ignition in my penis and groin. Pushing that to hard can equal ejaculation. A little goes a long way so keep it like a slow cooker and don’t let it start to boil, simmer only. That’s how it is for me. I know we are all different but reading and learning on here always helps me.
I find that uncontrollable shaking and involuntary body movements and tensing are a sign that I’ve strayed into chasing pleasure. I think of it as my body reacting to intense mental stimulation to try and reach an orgasmic climax. Relaxing into those urges, for me, internalises them, so instead of getting involuntary body movements, I get involuntary muscle contractions. The more I relax into them, the higher the pleasure goes.
