Your notation about maintaining "...horniness..." is a common reaction, that is one of the reasons why it is often employed in BDSM relationships, tease & denial scenes and in chastity use relationships. I expected it to be prostate milking but after looking on Google it sounded like prostate milking is a synonym for prostate massage. I read through the linked articles and this made it more clear to me.

I agree the feelings can be intense, especially if you are highly aroused and you have not ejaculated in a good while.
