What is the key sound technique?

I keep hearing about the key sound technique and how it's can help you achieve multiple orgasms. What is this key sound and how do use do it? I have heard it's using sounds and breathing to bring about MMO's. Also, has anyone integrated this with using the Aneros?

KSMO uses sound, your sound, through sort of a sighing chanting to amplify arousal. It helped me on my journey immensely. You should browse the forum. It also helps with breathing technique and relaxing.
