What do my two types of ejaculation mean?

I experience 2 types of ejaculations while using either one of my aneros toys or when using my njoy curved wand. In both cases as I approach orgasm I also start masturbating my penis. Doing this, one type of ejaculation is strong spurting ejaculation and the other involves no spurting, just an oozing out of a lot of cum. Both of them are much more pleasurable than when I just masturbate.

Im curious, what is the significance of the two? I conmsistently drink a lot of water.

Maybe it's related to your level of relaxation @ PONR...and strength of erection...I ooze when I have an ejaculatory orgasm with little or no erection...I shoot when I have an erection accompanied by orgasmic tension and involuntary pelvic contractions...just a thought.

Both of them are much more pleasurable than when I just masturbate.Yes, they can be very pleasurable as you have added internal (prostate massage) to the traditional external penile stimulation, effectively doubling your level of stimulation.Im curious, what is the significance of the two?I don't attach any particular significance to these two different orgasms other than the time duration to accomplish them, they are just two varieties of orgasmic experience. The Super-T is intense but a short lived event and it induces the typical male refractory period just like a traditional masturbated ejaculatory orgasm. The 'milked' orgasm extends the pleasure period over a greater length of time but may not be as intense. It also may not induce the male refractory period if you avoided the involuntary contractions associated with a traditional penile masturbation induced orgasm. This type of orgasm is commonly referred to as an emissive orgasm rather than an ejaculatory orgasm.
Good Vibes to You !

When I have HFWOs with Aneros my ejaculation is separated in two stages:

First I get the feeling I will ejaculate but I don't have muscle spasms as in traditional ejaculations, I simply feel the orgasm and ooze cum for a while, then some seconds later the muscle spasms kick in and I have a "traditional" ejaculation where I spurt the rest of cum I have left.
