What did I reach?

So I bought a helix trident about 6 months ago and went about 4 months without feeling anything. About 2 months ago I had a session and my legs started to shake but I just thought I was cold so I never thought anything about it. About a month ago I had another session and realized that my leg shaking was actually from the aneros. Then we get to earlier today i popped the helix trident in and just laid on my bed on my laptop watching YouTube videos not thinking about it, this time me legs started shaking and my breathing got heavier. I shut my laptop and started to really relax and then my pelvic area started to shake and then my whole body started shaking uncontrollably. This went on for about 35-40 min with decent pleasure then I had one more wave and I came all over myself, now I’m wondering what I reached and if I was close to a super-o? Thanks
