What are some good breathing techniques I could do during my aneros session. I already now about deep breathing and the Breath Of fire, but what is valley breathing and vibrational breathing and could some one explain it a little better in more detail. Should I also contract my anal region during inhale every time I breath?

Not sure if I'm qualified to say, and I haven't even read up on the techniques you mention, but what really works for me is contracting the PC whilst breathing in, and relaxing when breathing out, which I think is the exact opposite of what I read when I first started, and really concentrating on the sensations. As for contracting the anus it never did anything for me so I don't even think about that.

I think everyone is so different you have to experiment and find what works for you ie what builds the sensation the best for you. There's certainly no 'should' or 'must do' about any of it, just experiment with you own body and enjoy it. Try what people suggest but if it doesn't work for you move on and try a different way.

My teachers book contains a lot of breathing and other techniques that can stimulate inner orgasm with or without the aneros.
See this thread for more info if you are interested.

@Orgasmic19, I wrote a blog describing how I do the microsmic orbit breathing here:
https://community.aneros.com/blogs/euphemisms/breathing-meditation-revised/. It's a chinese qigong technique. It circulates chi along with your breath so that you can actually feel chi moving. I use it with wu ji, a standing meditation so that I identify with the column of moving chi. It's quite interesting.

While riding it circulates the sexual energy throughout my body. I got it from Mantak Chi's book Multi Orgasmic Man and through my own qigong teacher.

I prefer to just inhale some pot. Does the trick for me.
