'Weak' orgasms

Again I'm looking for a bit of reassurance and advice.

As you might have noticed from my previous postings I am still a bit stuck, but I'm not sure if now I'm just thinking I'm stuck and actually doing ok.

To explain:
I have experienced some real super-Os and got blocked after a way out super super-O with all the trimmings. I can still easily reach orgasm of some sort but it just isn't quite what I have had before when I was pulsating with total orgasmic bliss. I'm getting a weak, sort of pleasant orgasm, but not as intense as a traditional orgasm just a sort of mild convulsion that isn't very satisfying and doesn't last long. I just can't remember what my first orgasm was like now but maybe it was the same and at the time I thought it was amazing because I just hadn't yet experienced the mind blowing stuff that was to come.
I'm now wondering if I am just disappointed because it's not measuring up, thinking it's not working, getting frustrated and everything that goes with that and not relaxing into it and allowing it to develop into the real thing that I know I am capable of.

Anyone got any thoughts? All advice appreciated.

It's gonna sound corny and over-repeated but you have to stay relaxed, without expectations and patient at all times. If you did reach super-O once, it will definitely return sooner or later.

Before you developed expectations, you had great Super O's. After you set an expectaion, they went away. You might want to ponder that. It happens to a lot of us.

@brucemarkland is correct. The responses you have now are likely to change over time. So, enjoy everything you have now and try not to set expectations for the future.
