Today I was using the Njoy pure wand. I did use hand stimulation of my penis, but very briefly, for most of the session I penetrated myself with the pure wand. There was a feeling building inside of me, and I was able to feel it on my penis, but mostly inside of me. At this point I stop using my hand, and simply held my penis in hand without any stimulation, but I continued using the pure wand. After about 30 seconds, these feelings grew into an orgasm, and I ejaculated during this orgasm. The orgasm was very intense and originated inside me, then extended to the penis.

Edit: I should add that, I stopped using hand stimulation before I felt anything "building up". So what I experienced was not some edging that accidentally tipped over into an orgasm.

Is this a "true" prostate orgasm? Because I used my hand for a little aid. I am hoping to one day get a prostate orgasm without any minimal hand stimulation at all.

I don't have an answer to your question but I have a question for you. I've never experienced an orgasm through active prostate stimulation and I want to find out what it's like. I thought the tool you used, Njoy Pure Wand, seemed to be a fairly safe tool since there are no sharp edges. What type of technique did you employ? I do not want to damage or injure body parts so I do not plan on using any forceful or vigorous movements. Just curious. I think I am going to try the Njoy product.
