So sometimes when do a session I’ll feel a warming sensation on my face. Has anyone experienced a similar sensation. I’ve also noticed a little bit of pre-cum. I don’t pre-cum during penis stimulation. Am I on the right track.

Warming in the face? Increased blood flow throughout the body is normal during aneros use. So yes, flushing of the face, stomach, chest thighs and other areas is normal and quite lovely.

The aneros is stimulating the prostate and more indirectly, the Cowper’s gland, which is responsible for precum secretion. Not only is this normal but incredibly pleasurable. You may find with increased aneros use, your precum production will increase substantially, even when your aneros is not inserted. This happened to me and it’s awesome.

Many years ago I learned that just before orgasm there is what's called "histamine flush". This
is a histamine release that opens your blood vessels throughout you body and therefore causes your skin
to flush. This is probably what you're feeling. Histamine is also a neurotransmitter related to dopamine.

If you've watched people masturbate you can actually see it happen. I've seen it even on videos of people
masturbating.

I feel all kinds of stuff...Warming of the face. Pulsing testicles. Pressure in the Jaw...neck...forehead. Pressure at the sole of my feet and my palms. The prostate generates soooo many different bodily responses.
