Which model are you using?

@Auroken, you must use a heat gun (hot air) as you need to have around 160*C. This applies to the white acetal models like the MGX. But you need to make a jig so you have all the right angles before you start. Also the actual arm may need to be thinned out a bit. If I could find an easy way I would post pics of mine.
I would suggest that you use an eye dropper bulb perhaps with some padding in it rather than try to alter the arm,

I employed the "medicine dropper bulb" idea from the Wiki. It worked for me, softening the contact with the perineum while I was 'muscling up' While this mod works OK on Eupho and MGX I think it best on the Helix.

The extra few millimeters on the p-tab pivots the head of the Helix into the prostate. A bulb with a bit of give also provides some 'bounce' during fast-paced involuntary contractions. Super fun.
