Seems pretty obvious, right? Take a ride on one of those high-vibrations balance board thingies, get a good workout in more ways than one. I'm not sure how well it'd work with any Aneros model, but I bet it goes great with a tennis/lacrosse ball or prostate cradle.

I have considered riding my motorcycle while “plugged”, but haven’t had the opportunity yet. 

It gets a really nice buzz at about 5000 RPM, which would be 80MPH.
