I was surprised that a search on this site for "bulbocavernosus" is returned empty. To be honest I did not know of the "bulbocavernosus reflex" till reading about in in a nursing article regarding pelvic examination and exercises.

The online site WebMD an online medical dictionary defines bulbocavernosus reflex as a sharp contraction of the bulbocavernosus muscle and ischiocavernosus muscle when the glans penis is suddenly compressed or tapped.

Oh Oh I thought - "Penis, NOT!" now becomes Penis Yes! and put my new found knowledge to the test. In summary there is one rule: No penis stimulation other than a tap, squeeze, quick sequence of squeezes, or a long static squeeze, all with a quick release, on the glans penis and never let the sensation from the penis overrule or be more powerful than the sensation arising from the Aneros use.

In my case, I am a quick starter so I do not know if it helps in starting the involuntaries but applying above rule immediately sets off another round of involuntaries when the last round has or is about to subside. I find a long squeeze with a quick release has the most intense aftereffects.

The position I have adopted is on the knees, knees bit more than shoulder width apart, supporting my body on my elbows with both hand stretching back or even dropping down and supporting the body on the shoulders (like yoga child pose ) and arms between the legs. The ass tends to rise of the ankles and one can lift the body to vary the stimmulation. To drive me even to greater heights I can massage my testicles, tickle and stimulate the scrotum perineum and anus in this position

After enjoying a near two hour Super-O session driven on by above technique, for the first time I was woken four hours later having Aneros-less mini-Os which soon turned into another Super-O session thanks to Eupho being slipped in.

In my case the bulbocavernosus reflex can be best felt when in a quiet relaxed mode, but already in excited state with the Aneros just tickling the prostate, the reflex movement can then be felt very distinctively and repeatably.

Next time give it a test and report back your findings.

Great tip alv!

Mrs. a can't believe how her pinching my glans hard can be a pleasurable experience, butt when she sees the results she is a believer!

Great addition to the communal arsenal here. Anybody else experimented with this intuitively, or now from alv's information?

so many nerve endings and systems, so many paths to ecstasies

The reverse is also true, one of the sexual techniques employed is to slap the clitoris either by hand, or as I prefer with my penis before entering, this really excites both of us.

We males are not wired all that different after all.
