I have found the use of a desensitizing cream on the glans penis helpful in focusing concentration on the prostate sensations.
Stroking the penile shaft while massaging the prostate heightens all sensations for me, and numbing the glans helps achieve prostate orgasms.
I use Lanacane, which is a 20% benzocaine ointment, and is meant for anal use as a hemorrhoid cream. It works very well on the glans. The numbing effect wears off in an hour or so. Happy trails!
