For a good while now, I have been using Malasian ginseng complex. It does result in good hard erections. It also helps when I have Aneros sessions.
I have ordered a different one and wondered if anyone had tried it.? It is called VISWISS, it is a little cheaper than the MGComplex but claims to do the same thing. Comments are greatly received. I am 78 and do find difficulty in " keeping it up" sometimes.

@Tomasheen, I've never tried or heard of malasian ginseng but it sounds interesting. Have you talked to your doctor about the ED? There's all kind of causes and treatments. Viagra comes to mind...

I don't have that problem yet (I'm 68) but do have sexual issues. I haven't tried aphrodiacs except Damiana which acts on the hormones by inhibiting estrogen conversion I've heard. It didn't do much for me OTOH.

Personally I'm tackling my situation by increasing my testosterone production through medication. It works, too soon to tell if it will help sexually. It has all kinds of other health benefits.

Good luck with your ginseng. Sounds like it may be all you need.

If your libido is not what it once was lately, the cause could be your eating habits. Obviously, you are less in the mood when you are tired or have a lot on your mind. Having a low libido as a man or woman is incredibly frustrating. Fortunately, there are several (natural) foods that can increase your libido. A food that has a direct aphrodisiac effect is called an aphrodisiac. Figs, bananas and avocados are examples of natural aphrodisiacs full of vitamins and minerals that increase blood flow to the genitals and libido. Another good example of a natural aphrodisiac is dark chocolate. In addition to nutritional products, there are a number of natural supplements that can make a positive contribution to libido. One of the best known is maca. Several studies have shown that this plant herb increases sexual desire, both in men and women. In addition, it has a positive impact on women's hormonal balance and fertility. Another natural supplement that contributes positively to a healthy libido is ginkgo biloba by improving blood flow to the genitals.
